The monthly assisted living service fee includes the following services and amenities:

- Twenty-four hour personal care, support and coordination of needed services by a licensed health care professional including:
- Medication monitoring
- Assistance and reminders for daily living activities (grooming, personal care, getting to and from dining rooms and activities)
- Health services to be provided by each resident's health professional(s)
- Three meals prepared daily and served in a beautifully appointed dining room
- Support and coordination of health and wellness services from the professional health and wellness team (licensed community nurse, personal trainer, program director and member services director)
